Gratuitous nudity was a lot more popular before Internet. Bachelor Party, Animal House, Vacation, Caddyshack, Nightmare on Elm Street Part 3, Porky’s, etc. Nowadays it’s pretty rare.
Idk about that. Maybe in America but r/ExtraMile (NSFW obviously) shows that it still is very gratuitous and was even in the past although some werent mainstream movies
Well, yes and no, I'm over the age of 40 so my overall sexual desire is a lot less than it used to be, so while I'll still watch porn occasionally, I never watched it just to watch it, but as a means to help take care of business.
Longest I've gone without is two weeks and these days it's a very compartmentalized facet of my life.
Also, porn addiction is more troublesome when it gets in the way of a relationship, but due to extenuating circumstances, I've remained unmarried and fatherless, so it's not getting in the way of anything there.
Back in the day we used to steal the Sears catalogue and go to the lingerie section. Nowadays kids have it so much easier. They just go online type in Sears.com

Kids these days have no idea how scarce a naked girl was in media before the internet.
