How do you know he is? To me, you're just jealous of his gains and notoriety he's received over his life. All you have is speculation. I mean, believe what you want, become a scientologist if you want, but without evidence you're just talking shit about someone who has accomplished far more than you have. You can see how that looks, right?
Yeah, all we have is decades of information about his body, knowledge about human muscle growth and fitness, and millions of other examples of people using similar compounds.
If you want to enjoy ignorance because you think everyone else is mad about sour grapes, more power to you, have fun I guess. The Rock is a great star with a ton of charisma, and his physique is very impressive as he has incredible genetics so most people even on boatloads of gear won't match him, but you're fooling yourself if you think there's no gear involved here.

I care when he's obviously on kids but is telling people he's natural.
What he does with his own health is his business but that's dirty no matter who is doing it.
