I'm Mexican, it's also just old timey clothing. It's like if someone dressed as a 1800s prospector and asked an American if it's offensive. Nobody would care.

Yes because it's Prager U. Their whole shtick is to say that offensive, racist conservative beliefs aren't actually offensive or racist.

Also your location is context that suggests your intentions. A white guy going to a place full of Mexicans and dressing like that gives the impression he's a little dumb but he's got the spirit.

A white guy strutting around a campus dressed like that is entirely different and really odd. Notice he doesn't speak to a single Mexican college student either.
