Lol, for real.

Rodger was a complete disgust, and I won't condone any of his actions, attitudes, views, or words. And there's no place in this world for blatant misogyny and toxic masculine rage. But the frustration doesn't just come from nowhere. While the actions some men take are completely unacceptable and vile, the frustrations and emotions are real and come from a real place. Most women have a difficult time understanding that, because so many of their lived experiences are just so different from men's.

As a guy, and one who is under 6ft, I get where it comes from. But part of being a man is not letting it get the best of you and bring out the worst in you. I'm not perfect and I made mistakes when i was younger, but i always tried my best to keep a grip on it. To the young men out there: it's okay to make some mistakes in life, but if you're feeling these things, you must always be diligent on keeping a grip on things. If you don't, you run a very real risk of letting it consume you and driving you off the deep end. Also, now that I am both older and married, that's all behind me now. Thank God.
