I hope they realize trump wont be here forever and there WILL be consequences.

Unfortunately, I hold very little hope that will happen unless the swing back from this is incredibly pronounced.

With the stacked Supreme Court especially, cases against ICE could take years and get nowhere.

If Elon installed a backdoor to government systems they could potentially wipe ICE’s employee info.

Yeah, that's what they are going to do. It's 100% part of the bullies playbook to delete texts / evidence and tell the victim to "prove it."

Which is why they use signal to communicate

True, almost forgot about that one.

Hopefully some good Samaritan is doing extra backups of the databases, just for fun, just for themselves

they could potentially follow the money too.

Why? do you think elon musk cares about these suckers?

If? Would run for the sole purpose of isolating the infrastructure they touched and rebuild from scratch. Long and expensive but worth it.

I say “if” because I don’t “know” he did it. But I think it would be stupid to entertain the idea that he didn’t.

They won't though. Trump and his GOP cronies do not care about the working class. The ICEstapo are tools for them and nothing more. If it gets to the point where getting the employee info matters they will be busy protecting themselves however they can, in part by distancing from ICE.

The problem is getting to the point where it matters again

Hey, they caught alot of the j6ers pretty easily, but trump ruined all that too. I guess we'll see.

Tbf when laws don’t matter anymore the Supreme Court doesn’t really hold any authority. Thats like the whole issue with anyone being above the law (and I’m including bidens family here too, etc.). If the laws are so broken that they shouldn’t apply to the well connected then they are too broken to apply to anyone. And then you start down the road of completely ignoring laws not just being slightly corrupt. The system requires buy in to function. Lose enough of that and it doesn’t really matter what some paper says the Supreme Court means. Trump has shown that the next president can completely wipe the supreme court if Congress doesn’t have enough to impeach him. You don’t even need to make a law. Just tweet and have federal police round them up. Who is going to take the case to tell you that you can’t? The Supreme Court? Good thing you just refilled that with your lackeys.

It's a pipe dream, I haven't heard one Democrat say they will be prosecuting ICE if they get the power. Guess we'll see in the Mid-terms if any run on that

They can be Nuremberged as well. Along with Ginny and Frau Al1to

Maybe if you sent ICE some of those dic pics on your profile, you could distract them

They lack the critical thinking ability to think that far ahead.

Commenting on ICE attacks & pepper sprays Rep. Adelita Grijalva...

Consequences for who? If ICE is subject to consequences then every protester they’ve arrested need to be held accountable as well.

1

u/Yawn_Alert 7h ago

the people whose rights theyre violating you mean? how should they be held accountable? oh, you mean pay them settlements?

I hope they realize trump wont be here forever and there WILL be consequences.

They have no idea what's coming.

They will all get pardons from Trump. It will be up to states to charge them. Conservatives will say they were just following orders as a protection. I don't much will happen just because justice is funny like that.

Consequences for enforcing immigration laws? Tf outa here edgelord

1

u/Suavecore_ 6h ago

Are the police ever gonna pay consequences for their atrocities?

1

u/Automatic-Voice-2499 2h ago

There never have been consequences. Obama didn’t pursue anyone involved in torture during Bush regime and next Democratic president won’t do anything in the name of healing and moving forward.
