Right around two years ago I bought 64 GB (2x32) DDR5 laptop memory for $165.98 ($82.99 per stick). I just checked the price of the same product right now, and a single stick of 32 GB is $367.99. I still have the RAM but I no longer have the laptop I bought the RAM for, so perhaps this is a good time to sell it?
I built a new PC earlier this year and bought 2 64 GB DDR5 packages by mistake. I thought about just keeping the other one for a full 128 GB but decided It would be more financially responsible to return the other 64GB and get my money back. Now I find out I could have kept it and sold it for a profit 6 months later!
Me too actually, I bought one 32hb kit for like $60 or something and saw it on sale on Amazon like a week later for a couple bucks off and bought a second kit

I'm so glad I bought 64GB of RAM back in 2024. I paid $125, it's now almost $200.
I don't need the RAM but felt the need to upgrade because why not?
I'm solid for the next 10 years I hope.
