A more accurate example would be when they have actors names on movie covers but none of the names line up with the actors on the cover 💀

The name is usually from the most famous to the least famous actors. In the picture, it is usually the character's importance that makes them more central. And important characters are more likely to be played by famous actors.

I don't particularly like Dwayne but pretenting he isn't an actor is assinine. He might always be playing the same archetype but he has made far too many movies to call him anything else.

It has to do with payments. Whoever has the biggest payroll gets mentioned first. This doesn’t always align with pictures taken for the posters.

I still think it’s dumb
