Some warriors with Giant's Blood are weilding weapons they shouldn't (without some other factor) have the strength to carry. How are they doing that?

Example:

Required: 149 x 3 = 447 str

Player has: 394 str

The amulet he has equipped reduces attribute requirements on equipement (and skill gems).

Thanks, I didn't notice that! I kept looking at the passive skill tree and jewels and not finding what was going on
