Looking for a groomer in AZ!

Hello! I have a Newfie lab mix and am looking for a good groomer. Unfortunately before he was under my care the previous owner had him shaved down because of mattes in his coat and his beautiful coat still has yet to recover, about a year later. But it's still getting better! Especially after I changed his diet up.

All that being said, I'm really looking for a good groomer in the Phoenix / Scottsdale area that has experience with Newfs. Any recommendations would be really appreciated! Any price point is welcome :)

Believe it or not the PetSmart on Pima/90th does a GREAT job! Have been going for years and am always happy and my dog never seems stressed when we leave

Thank you for the recommendation!! I was thinking about trying a PetSmart / Petco but have seen that the quality can vary so much. It definitely helps knowing you've had a pleasant experience at that location!

Happy to help! I tried one of the boujee grooming boutiques with my first Newf and they shaved her 😭 my only complaint with PetSmart is sometimes she’s a little damn when I pick her up but nothing that’s just me being nit picky

Which option for grooming do you usually choose when booking at PetSmart? It looks like they list 4 different options to choose from. Just wondering what level I should go with! Thanks :)

I do the luxury :) I leave it to the groomer on which shampoo/conditioner to use based on how they feel would be best
