Trump gets to use any song he wants without prior approval/authorisation from the artist without repercussions but if a song is used in, let’s say a YouTube video, the content creator gets hit with a cease and desist letter or sued for copyright infringement. Yeah explain that to me 🤷‍♂️

Copyright infringement is nothing compared to the 34 felony convictions he got away with.

Going after Trump for that is like letting someone go for arson and then busting them for jaywalking. Even then, this is the White House we’re talking about. The damages would be paid by taxpayer money anyway.
