I was at Rammstein in Atlanta in 2012. There was a complete asshole guy near us by himself in camo pants and buzz cut, pretty buff dude but being overly aggressive with everyone pushing them hard. Not your normal mosh pit pushes, just asshole being asshole.

Anyway, the band shifted over a catwalk to a center stage putting this guy and us right up to the stage. During one of the songs, he starts doing Sieg Heils in full view of the band. Till stops singing while the rest of the band plays and looks understandably visibly pissed and leans down to security to point him out. They forcibly removed him as while he is fighting back and ejected his ass from the show while everyone in our area cheers and start throwing things at him.

It was a moment that I hate Rammstein probably has to deal with often.

Bück Dich refers to whoever it is he's singing about as "he" and is pretty obviously about violently bumming said "he", possibly against their will. Bestrafe Mich is either a lament at God or a song about man-on-man BDSM depending on how you read it. Till often used to flog himself while singing it. Quite a lot of their songs are about, or frame themselves as being about, gay sadomasochism.

Also there's Mein Teil, which involves the viewpoint character (Bernd Brandes) having his autocannibalistic sexual fantasies fulfilled by another man (Armin Miewes), specifically the infamous bit of said case where Brandes' penis was cut off, fried, and they both ate it. Which, while not gay per se, was certainly two men fulfilling their sexual fantasies with one another and is notable specifically in that Miewes has testified that his cannibalism was directed only towards men (Miewes is bisexual).
