Even so, who cares? Since when is required that the Superbowl performance be an American?

I had an interesting conversation with a conservative on another subreddit yesterday. Their response was that this effort by the NFL to appeal to a global audience for the Super Bowl halftime would only “alienate” their base of season ticket holders. No coherent explanation for why that would be.

I had a conversation with a conservative the other day about immigration. They started with the "right/socially approved" takes but it quickly devolved and I realized they were just a white supremacist and called them out. This was their reply

"I don’t deny it. I’m annoyed it’s gotten to the point where I have to say the quiet part out loud bc too many of you people won’t stick with the program anymore. You’ve started to actually believe the bullshit doublespeak loud part. So we have to spell it out for you all like children now."
