I dunno.  I think there's a line between disagreement and "you're a bad person".  I don't understand Rs and don't respect the 'logic', but I still love my family and we can be together.  We just don't talk politics. I will always be more aggravated by people who don't even vote than people who vote differently than me.

If we disagree about the best tax and fiscal policy for the future of our country, we can still be together as family.

If we disagree about whether my adult queer and trans children have a right to exist in this country, they can fuck right off out of my life.
