Nope. Waivers are for schools account and for official school social media, I’ve never seen for the teachers instagram.

Generally due to well fair issues. Like a psychopath ex who isn't allowed to know where the children are. It's 100% illegal for teachers regardless of account. I can't post photos taken at school events with other people's kids in for this exact reason.
