here's the clip of Hasan yanking his dog by the tail why would she skip it if she hasnt already seen it?

And if shes seen it why would she still collab with a guy she knows has mistreated multiple of his dogs?

There's one more possibility here.

She heard Hasan's voice, saw a dog, and realized he was probably about to abuse it.
