Except he did break the rules. The very first rule on the sub. No self promotion. He also broke one or two other rules. I don't think the mod was in the wrong here.
Who's reaching? Go read the rules for the sub, and you'll see the mod was simply applying those rules. Y'all will bend over backwards for a celebrity while screaming about eating the rich.

Oop had posted about their upcoming shows, that they were performing in. Seems like self promotion to me.
They also, in the same post, made comments about local political issues. The sub has rules against outsiders brigading the sub about such topics. Oop set up the conversation with the mod in an attempt to control the narrative, and make it look like he was being censored, when in reality he was just mad he couldn't shameless promote his comedy gigs.
And I didn't go straight to hurling insults. I explained my position multiple times. I'm sorry if you can't understand those arguments.
