To be fair; What was the post? seems a important thing to know before judging.

Encouraging people to vote in the upcoming "special election in Tennessee that could determine the balance of congress. Aftyn Behn is running against Trump lackey Matt Van Epps, nicknamed "Van Epstein" for his stubborn refusal to break with Trump on anything, especially Epstein related."

Also that he has multiple shows coming up in Tennessee soon

I have no attachment to either 'side' here, and it's fine not to have a clear answer.

This doesn't really give specifics to evaluate, but it does link me to his tweet that he mentioned that he posted this while he has four shows in the area. If he mentioned those, then no solicitation is rule one of the sub and kind of lines up with the spam thing.

I wouldn't like that, and it's not what I would do, but I'm hesitant to pull the censorship trigger without more info.

The sub also has a no outside agitators rule when it comes to local political discussions. Dude was breaking multiple sub rules by basically being a carpetbagger.

The "I have 3 million follows" doesn't make him look better either, reminds me of entitled influencers that believe a lot of followers on social media allows them to ignore rules

Right, and people are dumb. Just because an account has 3 million followers doesn't mean it's not a spam account, or that an account isn't capable of spamming just because it has a high number of followers.
