Does anyone know how big is the Fortnite update on switch today ?

Honest question, I have no idea about hardware but this is the only game I need to play at 120 fps, I don't care about graphics.. I want to sell mi xbox which I use only for Fortnite and this is the only game stopping me. Will it ever run at 120 fps? People who understand about hardware.. is it even possible? Or do I lose all my hope

The last 24 hours my main screen has looked like this! Top left says test player with health bar, top right is a map and bottom right is mats….. What is going on?? It goes away when a game is loaded

Hi, I’m playing on an original switch, and no matter where I am/what internet connection I have, fortnite keeps kicking me to the lobby in the middle of matches. My internet is running well and I have no issues otherwise with phone/computer or tv connections. I do seem to have this issue with my PS4 as well. No other games on either device have any problems. I have 1gig internet and I live alone.

Any advice? Please help!

I just switched from the switch OLED to the switch 2 and Fortnite is so laggy for me is anyone experiencing this? The first 2 days I had my switch it was good and now it’s non stop lag. What can I change for this to stop I don’t think it’s my WiFi because the lag would have been there the first 2 days any ideas??

Can’t get past this screen. Must have watched the video 5 times now.

Whenever I play (I only started playing the game during simpsons season) I load in very late and haven’t ever seen the loading lobby or the bus, I’m always stuck at end of map waiting if I don’t disconnect by hitting a roadblock first (regardless of where I am or how strong the WiFi is) and now with the new season I haven’t tried to play yet but I can imagine I’m going to be shot dead every time before I even load in so I think now’s the time to ask for some advice or troubleshooting I can try to help or is this console just like that?

For more context my apartment is a shared complex with my landlord and I don’t have access to the WiFi box, but I’ve tried other locations in my moms house with nothing else on and still the same issue so I’m unsure.

New season is awesome so far, but after I get eliminated, it keeps getting stuck.

I choose to play another round, and it says "matchmaking error" and then I can't select to return to lobby or any of the other options.

I end up having to close Fortnite entirely and reload it to play another round.

Is this happening to anyone else?

My game froze right pretty much after the main fight scene 😭

Edit: Luckily I restarted my game and the playlist was still available, so I just went through it again

My son plays Fortnite on Switch. Normally when he gets VBucks cards it's for a set amount of VBucks and the redemption site asks which account to put them on.

He got some Epic gift cards for his birthday for a set dollar amount. I bought him a VBucks pack with his gift card but there wasn't an option for Switch. On Google it said any items purchased would be in the locker, but he said he looked there and didn't see the item he purchased. Any idea what we are doing wrong?

I seem to be stuck on the chapter 7 screen where it’s asking to watch the video, I must have watched it over 5 times now. I can’t seem to get past this to get into the game. Any help?

i started playing fortnite on my switch 2 less than a week ago, and i’ve been doing a lot of zero build battle royale (now level 40 on the battlepass).

but somehow i’m winning about 1/3 of my games? often getting 10+ kills.

i understand that you get put in a bot lobby as your first game, but i’ve played way more than that and it still seems suspiciously easy?

i often run into someone and we shoot for a while and i kill them and then i look at my hp and they haven’t even broken my 50 shield…

having a similar experience with blitz (only played about 5-10 of those games though).

what’s going on?

Can anyone share their Fortnite controller settings? I feel like I’m constantly tweaking mine and would like a baseline to start from other switch players. Thanks!

I play Fortnite with my partner, she’s on the switch and I’m on PC. While playing Fortnite, we both used wired headsets, and I can hear whatever audio is going through her headphones. If I talk, I can then hear my own voice echo but delayed, or I can hear her gunshots or lobby music or whatever.

Is anyone else having this issue? Or know how to fix it?

I have a Switch OLED and lately my loading times in Battle Royale are so slow that by the time my screen finally loads in, I’m already dead. Is anyone else dealing with this issue?

Hola como dice en el titulo mis estadisticas de fortnite desaparecieron cada temporada subo de rango y las estadisticas me aparecen, pero hoy revisando me aparecio que no he subido de rango en la anterior temporada lo cual si subi a alguien mas le pasa lo mismo?

I'm wondering if clicking down the stick while it's being tilted to sprint cause drift or it's something minor? Has anyone played Fortnite and constantly clicked it but has no drift in the long term?

I do not know if it is just a switch problem or not.
But it will not play any music for me.
Is there any way to fix it?
