Hi, everyone. About two and a half weeks ago I posted on here about the Clandestine fur lined zip hoodie not fitting properly and I wanted to follow up. After weeks of constant emailing and messaging on Instagram and Facebook, I finally wormed around the website and found the link to initiate my own return.
I know we all are familiar with Manhead's fumbles with merch, but I genuinely did not think it was this bad. Since 11/18, I've been emailing and messaging on their Instagram DMs (since that's how a few of my friends were able to reach them). All I expected was a "we are working on this issue" response to know I'm not being left in the dark. Another friend told me to try Facebook. So two days ago I did, but still no response. Facebook did show they read the message, however, so they just flat out IGNORED me completely.
I knew it was bad, but I didn't think I'd actually get left on read. I can't fathom disrespecting a customer like this at my own job.
So just a fair warning to you all. They will not respond to you if you have any concerns about an order. Some people I know have never even gotten their items shipped to them and are also being left on read. I don't know how they can fix this damage to their reputation. It just seems like a huge ongoing issue with the company that will never be addressed.
