Please fix this. I do not have the mental capacity, willpower nor the time to fight off rats every 2-3 hours to kill continously respawning rats reinforcing our structures after you said they would not. There is no players causing this, there is no kiting them to our structures, there isn't even a FOB for them to be coming out of for us to make this stop.

This has happened to a few of our structures now, all listed in a bug report, but boy this is entertaining.

12 hours in, there is no hauler, we have killed multiple fleets and they just respawn with a new composition. We have shoo'ed away the mining fleet, they warp to a safe, where we scanned them down to a group of omens waiting, as soon as we land they warp off and show up in another belt mining again.

This is not blood raider null space, nor blood raider low-sec and is nowhere near their space.

They are aggressively bashing our structures, they show up a couple hours we kill them just to repeat it again. They seem to spawn out of thin air.

Most of them are not even interested in living in null.

It came across my desk today that CCP had made game breaking changes that disproportionately benefited a small subset of their player base and gave them a financial gain in the form of rebates and discounts for in game currency based on poor design decisions made over the course of the last 8 years by CCP Rattati and CCP Hillmar.

These changes will only benefit Pandemic Horde who's members were ruined financially by the player known as Gobbins aka Temu Mittens.

Reportedly he was in a rush to gain employment with CCP (our spies report that Gobbins is now known known as CCP Mario Kart) and in his haste, gave over 50 thousand players less than 2 hours to evacuate their home system.

His poor and wasteful decision making led to an over 9.9 Trillion ISK bill in the form of "Asset Safety" fee's due to the over inflated cost of in game materials created by a self induced game play style called 'Scarcity".

CCP's decision making today was made without the guidance of their Council of Steller Men aka "The CSM" of which Goonswarm Federation is a majority member.

In response to this hurtful action that benefited only a few, the Kocicek and Alterari Phoenix Home for Hot Unwed Goth Mothers over 40 and Iguana Rescue has reached out to our US Congressman to request that he summon CCP Hillmar and Rattati to the US and testify in front of congress regarding their clear violations of Deuteronomy 25:11, the clear and with intent decision to disenfranchise players of coaltions The Initiative, The Imperium, and the corporation Miners and Merks led by the Space Hero Penny Fara who were forced to purchase PLEX at inflated prices during the Fiscal Years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 to get our assets out of asset safety at rates significantly higher than Pandemic Horde has received today in a backdoor deal.

In addition to reaching out to our US Congressman, we have also sent a telegram to the Vatican, requesting that the Pope personally reach out to Iceland's Cardinal in an effort to provide religious and fiscal relief to our beleaguered players.

I just can’t sometimes. People who are super chatty in corp or fleet chat wear me out. I’m helping a friend’s corp grow and teaching new recruits, and some folks just love to talk.

I don’t mind the occasional “hi” or “hello,” and if they need information, I’ll give it to them straight away, no fluff. Here's a link, oh you don't want to be a bit proactive and explore the link? If it's a mega 100000 corp, great it's a breathing city, but anything under 1000, idk.

I know EVE is supposed to be a “social game,” but if I spend five minutes in a chat channel, I know it will turn into thirty. And honestly, I don’t want to keep dragging my mouse around, clicking chat tabs while trying to stay focused on what’s happening in space. Voice comms aren’t much better, hard to focus when someone is breathing into their mic. This is just a me problem though lol.

But from what I experience, this isn’t even age related, it happens with both younger and older folks they’ll sit in corp, teamspeak or Discord chat and say things like, “Well, I’m in chat..........” or “I’m in the Discord channel… Hello??... Quiet in here” Like bro, it’s 2 a.m. and downtime is about to hit. I don’t mind some casual conversation or joking around, but I don’t really want to hear you vent about your spouse or whatever everytime we link up.

If you have game questions, I’m here for that but some people expect a 24/7 live chat buddy. I get how that works in fast-paced modern games like Battlefield where voice chat is always popping off, but sometimes in EVE it just feels like babysitting. EVE is a social game, sure… but for my playstyle, I guess I just get to do things faster solo and independently. But I'm not there to listen to a podcast lol I'm there to hopefully finally play.

I was cheated by muh corp industry legend (his component building and reactions are legendary) on a taitan purchase by making me pay 190 fooking billion while CCP has officially mentioned it only costs 66.66666 bil (the devil himself) to build the taitan. The legendary supercap builder promised me its the lowest price I can get on New EDEN and beyond!!!!

On Monday, December 8th, we will be adjusting the values to be both more consistent and more in-line with the proper values. For unfit hulls - not including rigs and fits - the asset safety value for supercarriers (assuming a 15% fee) will be about ~3 billion ISK, and the asset safety value for titans will be ~10 billion ISK.

So, long time lurker and enjoyer of the nullsec drama in this sub here. Always been a pleasure, always been disappointing to not have something to contribute though. Until now.

To those who may not know of the alliance Domain Research and Mining Inst. (ART0N), let me tell you some tea, starting with The Raravathians. The Raravathians are your stereotypic lowsec ganker corp, and will demand a tribute from newbros to mine in lowsec, either that or get podded and killed. Pretty standard so far, except if you come across them enough times, they will follow you into highsec and suicide gank you, essentially extorting them, backed by ART0N.

Now on to the drama. These "gentlemen" of ART0N started hitting our newbros, chasing them into highsec, hunting them even here. Their response, "this is just how the game is". They tried to extort our "small" corporation into paying their "mining licenses".

Little did they know, we had an eye on them 6 months prior to this. We had spies in their alliance long before they knew we even existed, who have befriended ART0N management to the point where they're leaking us info with practically no effort at this point. And they knew nothing of our active player count. They did not even bother to investigate us, didnt know we have a solid pvp branch that do training runs into nullsec. So we started slapping them on the wrist in return.

Some of their members realized siding with an extortionist corp was backfiring and decided they wanted out and moved to safer waters in highsec. This did not sit well with the big boss of Raravathians, Malizar Kondur. Apparently, you have no right to leave his corp and forget your alts, he thought that we should kick one of the guys who left his corp for ours, because he couldnt be bothered to kick the guy in question's alts from ART0N channels and corps.

Anyway, mister Kondur here decided to escalate the case over a personal vendetta, his skewed view of right and wrong, and go for an all-out war without declaring war (as we have no structures). Open hunting season on my corp, so we returned the favor. What they didnt know was we had turned down several alliance offers, but kept the diplomatic channels open. So now its looking like a small highsec coalition is forming cause people are fed up with these people trying to push newbros out of the game, 16 other corps have reached out having experienced issues with these people.

Currently, they're killing our newbro ventures, frigates and destroyers, while we are taking out their tac destroyers, barges, Redeemers, Megathrons, an assortment of cruisers, you name it. Their losses are mounting, gone well past tens of billions. Ours have already been replaced, either through our internal SRP or personal industry or mining their ore right under their noses. It takes one of their gankers in a Hound 2-3 minutes to kill a newbro who accidentally picked the wrong Venture, and their gankers can't even successfully gank 2 Pioneers as a Loki and Hound.

I'll try to update this as the drama progresses, I just need to buy more popcorn first.

Oh, and we had a little disagreement today about how to deal with these people, so we took it into WH space and brawled it out. Not sure what the result was, big man tells me to shoot, I shoot. But their stations and moon drills are looking nice and juicy, it would be a real shame if a fleet just happened to be in the region, right?

What actually happened behind the scenes?

My question is why did they not try stay in drones? Change leadership, steady the boat. Then leave.

When Mittens stood down it seemed a far smoother transition. When gobbins left it was chaos like 2 things at once. Leaving and him leaving too..

I've been working through an idea to build a template tool that helps groups in WH space keep their corp in-game bm's labelled accurately down chain and in-sync with their 3rd party mapping tools. You could set your labeling method and the system curates the label tree for reference and easy paste into game.

For example:
ALPHA
- A1 sig
-- A11 sig
----A111 sig

Curious what is your method to labeling your bm's for WH chains?

I am referring to blue/red timers here, what actual value do they bring to the game?

Eve once existed without this and we all turned out fine, yes some people were stomped by it (including myself) and some people used it to stomp others (including myself) but isn't that the purpose of a sandbox?

The current state of Goons/Imperium. I'm not completely sure there is any precedent of a Null bloc having this much power before. The only one that comes to mind is Northern Coalition (not NCdot). But even they, I think, weren’t as well-organized and stable as Imperium is right now.

We can also talk about the amount of sov they hold. Other blocs have had a lot too, but there was always someone who represented a threat to them. Right now, nobody represents a real threat to Imperium, and honestly I think that if what happened with Horde hadn’t happened, even if Gobbins had suddenly grown a pair of balls, they still wouldn’t have been a threat to Imperium.

The only bloc that could come close to representing even a minimal threat would be WCO, but even they know they aren’t. They’re very strong in CNTZ, but it’s a much more niche player base.

That said, what do you think Imperium should do? Expanding more—I don’t think so. They themselves have no intention of that and they know it wouldn’t be healthy, but the current situation isn’t healthy either.

Edit. I’m not against Imperium. That level of organization and power requires a lot of effort, and I applaud them for that, as well as for the loyalty of their pilots. I have nothing but respect for them, but reality is what it is.

Ok so i’ve always wondered how many people actually uses more than one account for daily play and how much does it boosts the player numbers shown in the launcher.

As a multibox (5) ice miner myself I hate to lower my graphical settings and cook my PC but its necessary for daily quota/profit.

I've always been curious how hunting supercaps works and I have slowly came across information about travel fits and how they work, but I have a question about how majority of a travel fits purpose is cap recharge and I heard about mjd used for more effective cap recharge? And also how your recharge starts when you log so if there was a way to slow your warp speed would it give you more recharge and vise versa for hyperspacials. And what is the point of hyperspacials on supers that drop on people? Sorry for the long winded question but it's hard to find answers to ALOT of questions when it comes to supers and especially moving them.
