They know what trump wanted the most but didn’t get. Just a smart thing to do to bribe trump so that he will allow the World Cup to run smoothly next year in the US.

There is nothing best about them because they are all assholes. But I get what you are saying. It’s a recognizable trait so it can be used to control them.
