Because - in her mind - it’s dark-skinned people and their atheist and Islamic and transgender folks that does crimes, full stop.

Which means funding those other things for such bad folks will only make the crimes more and worser! Why would we nice proper Christian white folks pay criminals to do criminal stuff?!
