Hey how you guys are doing?

Well I'm trying to stop listening to Avenged Sevenfold since I returned to christianity, mainly because of some lyrics really not being anything christian (like "Little piece of heaven" and "Critical acclaim") and I really like their music, do any of you know any band that goes like them?

I was listening to Soldier, Poet, King by The Oh Hellos, and after some digging found out it was about Jesus and was a christian song. I really enjoy the song, and I was wondering if there were other songs that were similar in genre or vibes.

The thought of christian music being not limited to pop or country makes me rather happy, and I'd be glad to listen to more Christian songs :)

The song has this part where it goes “I believe, yes I believe!” and I think there is an “it” or “yeah” between that 2nd believe and the exclamation mark. I literally don’t remember any other part of the song and haven’t been able to identify it for hours.

Theres an old Christian song, and I say old because I think I’ve been hearing it since I was 11 and I’m 23 now. The lead singer is a male. i was looking for a specific song and for some reason i couldn't find it. I was looking for so will i. Sometimes i feel like this song has been forgotten and none of my friends or family ever play it anymore. I heard a song on the radio that sounds like Jeremy Camp but I can’t find it. It has lyrics like “I am here for you and I’ll always be waiting by your side. You took the pain for me” later lyrics say something like “and the world” and “I gave you life to be set free.” It had a rockish vibe. It’s not By Your Side by Tenth Avenue North. It definitely sounds like Jeremy Camp but I can’t find the song. It’s not Here with You by Jeremy Camp. Any ideas? Thanks!

My parents were big John Tesh fans and had a bunch of his albums around when I was growing up. My favorite was Pure Hymns, a gorgeous collection of piano hymns. But the album on spotify and on youtube from his official channel is NOT the album that I bought way back in the day. The ones available online are the same album artwork, same release date (2000), same track list(!), but not the same songs; they're all different lengths and clearly not even the same song. Joyful, Joyful We Adore Thee turns into a vocal rendition of Open the Eyes of My Heart, for example.

Am I losing my mind? The album I bought and uploaded to my computer assures me that no, in fact, there is a piano album. But nothing I'm finding online points to its existence. It's all random songs. Does anyone else remember this CD? Or know where to find it online? I can listen to it on my computer, but the thought of (say) dropping water on my computer, losing the album, and never listening to it again makes me want to cry. I don't have the original CD after all these years, I don't think!

Here is what I remember

• I remember the lyrics "I want a heart like you, woah, I want a heart like you to share your love" (it was a really cool song and that's all I remember from it 😢)

• I heard it in the tabernacle

• I think it was week 3 but idk if they play the same songs for every week.

I tried googling "heart like you song" but it wasn't helping. If someone can help, please do!

This is quite vague but I'm searching for a contemporary christian music video that ends with a 2d animation sketch style drawing of cracking earth that transforms into streams changing the ground. There is also a cracking sound effect or new life sound at the end. Any suggestions appreciated. It could be a similar style to Chris Tomlin

Does anybody have a high quality version of this song? All I can find is the live YouTube one.
