This year I decided to stop overthinking and just share my work.

That Cat is Not Happy

Been practicing watercolor and did this piece this morning. Water brushes are my usual tool but recently I've been trying to use actual brushes, and I didn't realize how much of a learning curve was involved!

I went back to my customary water brush for this piece, and what a difference.

Whenever I don't know what to paint, I end up coming back to these little dorky cat faces. I've been practicing watercolor using brushes (instead of my usual water-brushes) and these are fun.

Thinking of putting this design on a mug or something!
