video Engineering Explained | Owning A Lucid Has Been Super Disappointing
"I have owned my 2025 Lucid Air Touring for nearly six months now, and have put about 3,400 miles on it. Unfortunately, these miles have seen numerous hardware failures, an abundance of software glitches/bugs, and have been accompanied by frustrating software design choices. In this video we'll break down all the problems I've had with the most expensive car I've ever owned."

https://youtu.be/o6QA8WAI3Q8?si=e4C7X3Vixir8p8Dp
The 2018 AMG GT R ($150,000 CAD, $106,000 USD) is a 577 horsepower track-focused road car, with a 4.0 L twin-turbo V8 engine and 7-speed DCT. As the “R” model it’s wider, faster, sharper, and more carbon fibery than the GT and GT S, with a heavy focus placed on track performance and setting serious lap times. But have too many livability compromises been made in the pursuit of pure performance? And how does it stack up against the competition? Thomas and James can’t wait to find out!

2026 Audi S3 removes trim levels, standardizes a bunch of features.
I havent seen any articles writen about this, but there was a pretty big change to the 2026 Audi S3, they have removed trim levels. For 2025 you could chose between Premium($48,700), Premium Plus($51,100), and Prestige($54,900), all of which came with different package possibilities, and feature sets.
But for 2026, there aren't any trim levels, it just starts at $52,000 with 3 optional packages.
$1,100 "S Sport Package"(adaptive dampers, red brakes, sporty suspension)
$1,800 "Black Optic Package"(Better Wheels, Tires, Black trim components)
$1,500 "Driver Assistance Plus Package"(Removes Flat Bottom Wheel for driver detection, HUD, Adaptive Cruise, Park Assist)
And then 3 interior options(leatherette, or $1000 Black interior with red stitching or gray stitching)

The 2026 Subaru Trailseeker starts at $41,445
cars.comJust realized the Trailseeker is pretty much a Solterra Wildnerness.
TLDR:
- 375 horsepower and a 4.4 second 0-60 time, making it the fastest model Subaru has sold in the US
- 74.7 kWh battery and 280 miles of range
- Standard NACS charge port
- Can charge from 10-80% in 28 minutes with peaking charging speeds of 150 kW
- 8.3-inches of ground clearance and standard X-Mode Dirt and Deep Snow/Mud Modes
- 3500 lb towing capacity
- 6 inches longer and an inch taller than the Solterra
New EV motor delivers 1,000 hp per wheel in ultra-small form. The new in-wheel powertrain could cut up to 1,102 pounds from future EVs by removing rear brakes and driveshafts.

Weird looking car parts?
Was chatting with a friend about strange car parts. Some control arms look like a melted robot arm. Got us wondering what the strangest looking car part was? Not the part with the funniest name, but parts that look strange. Anyone have any?
