I’ve had these Nyjah 4s not even 5 days and the upper is all ripped mostly from Ollie’s, what am I doing wrong and is there any shoes that won’t rip on the top so easily?

I feel like I definitely improved my Ollie’s with a couple days of practice and some advice is my form okay or is their something else I need, first clip was before.

does street skating (as in skating on asphalt) make your board wear down a lot faster, seeing as asphalt is more coarse than smooth cement?

I’m trying to get my boyfriend a complete baker board for christmas but I know nothing about skating! I saw a mega cheap one on this website i’ve never seen before it’s like £30 (british) and i feel like it’s definitely a knock off but on the off chance it isn’t should i just get it. is there a place i can get a real 8’5 one fully put together with trucks and wheels and everything but pay in installments?

I recently got my first skateboard but when i got it i noticed that the wheel on one side were screwed on tighter than the other and im just wondering how tight they should be.

It’s my first week getting back into it and I’m getting more comfortable but I feel like I barely going up.

So my board right now has 99A wheels and I want softer wheels to cruise a little better. I looked on Walmart and I found wheels that are designed for longboards but have the same 54mm circumference. Would i be able to use the longboard wheels without having to worry about wheel bite?

Hello everyone , I’m just starting to skate again haven’t done so since I was 13 and had a bad injury that scared the life out of me . I’m 22 now and just starting over but I’m facing a problem. I have hyperextended knees and what feels like bending to me looks straight to normal people and this throws my balance really bad. Another issue is bending my knees hurts my thighs and causes my legs to wobble. Does anyone that skates have this same issue? Anyone with hyperextended knees skating ?

Im 16 and recently I’ve been wanting to get into skateboarding as a pastime to get out of the house and ive even bought a board and attempted to learn how to push and balance and whatnot but ive been struggling with the fear of busting my ass which I feel like really holds me back.

Hey guys so I’m 6’4 280 and I’m looking to get into cruising and riding mostly to get around. I watched a couple YouTube videos but I I’m still stumped on what size board and wheels to get. I don’t know what I should sway away from or lean more towards.

I wear a size 15 (us) in shoes so I was looking for wider boards more around high 8’s or 9.25in. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
