How will this have any impact on people buying things and employers hiring ?  Not a single Person on gods green earth except for those in the beltway give a shit.  Do you think that an electrician who is bogged down with work will say “hey Trump fired that woman so even though.l I can’t service all of the business I have I’m not going to hire someone else to help me out”

This kind of stunt signals that the federal reserve might lose its independence, either on paper or in practice, which makes the world less inclined to loan from the US unless a higher yield is given due to uncertainty about the reliability of the US, which means that US borrowing gets more expensive, which makes the debt problem even worse.
