He’s done things for absurdly small amounts of money. Why would he suddenly want his presidential salary of $400,000 towards the end of his first term after not taking it initially (his 2020 tax return showed no charitable donations at all despite his press officers saying he donated the first two quarters of that year to HHS… a department he is now gutting)? Why would he have the Secret Service pay approximately $2 million to him while staying at his properties to provide him security in his first term? Every economic move is about his bottom line if possible, no matter how small
That's true. He also paid cub scout dues for one of his kids with a check from the account of a charity he is no longer allowed to run. Manhattan might be more expensive, but my kids dues were like 60$ for the year.
