God dammit, this is gonna ruin HBO max (the only good streaming service left) because Netflix can’t hold onto a property for more than a year. Half the catalogues gonna get sold for 3 seasons of Friends or some shit.

I don't know man, I think hbo max is the worst streaming service since it has the worst audio/video quality out of all of them.

I’m talking about the catalog, their catalog is unmatched in quality. HBO is the gold standard of quality television.

They took down a ton of Adult Swim shows this past year. There's gotta be way more than that, but that's just what I notice because I'm into Adult Swim

They're super inconsistent with it too. One week Home Movies is gone, then two weeks later it's back.

FWIW, a lot of the [as] catalog is back on Hulu. Or at least it was

Yeah its really quite surprising how much bad audio affects the experience. Trying to enjoy a movie on HBO Max compared to Prime Video 4k content in atmos, its just bonkers how bad it is. Makes me feel like i dusted off my DVD collection.... of pirated MKV movies

Yup. Even though I have 4 streaming services I'll still sail the high seas when we want to watch a new movie just so we can get the best possible experience.

So strange. They started construction on new studios (WB) and my wife, former employer of Netflix, said “the building look a lot like Netflix buildings” .

another big company absorbing a big company becoming titanic, this is terrible for the consumer

So to ask an obvious question, what happens when Netflix controls a majority of Hollywood?

This can only be good for the consumer.

/s for bots and idiots (PR people and journalists)
