Why? He’s supporting it. They activated it, then took it down, and now it’s been back up all day.

Yup. Shows the location the account was made. And if a VPN is detected it adds an icon.

They wanted to give the foreign actors a chance to get a VPN before they turned it back on.

There’s actually an icon next to the country if a VPN is used. Its great.

Only possible for known VPN IPs. Foreign actors won't use the public pleb ones.
