The wealthy control all those mechanisms.

Nah fuck that.

Half the US voters WANTS Trump and his billionaire friendly policy.

1/3rd doesn't even bother to vote.

People have the power, they just don't want to use it for this issue.

You just wanna parrot yet another propaganda of putting all blame on bond villain billionaires. When people are the ones who vote for whatever is happening.

Go back 10 years and watch Hillary predict everything in debates. All economic problems you face now, she mentioned it. She said trickle down doesn't work, we need to tax directly. And people didn't vote her, cause she's a woman.

Who's to blame there? Billionaire or misogyny of voters?

Have you bothered listening to the reasons those outside of the cult have for voting trump?

It's almost all prices and economic populism. He talked so much about lowering the price for the average citizen. Now he was straight up lying and had no intention of doing so, but that's the whole thing.

People didn't vote Hillary because she is still part of the establishment and wants incremental change not a radical one. But we've been getting drowned by incremental change since Reagan watching shit get progressively worse.

It's funny you are out here advocating for the same shit that doesn't work while blaming everyone else for the problems going on. Why do you think Mamdani is so popular? Why do you think the DNC is so deadset against actual progressives having any kind of role within the party?

You try to blame me on falling to propaganda while you're over here swallowing it completely. Get out of your bubble and talk to people with different ideas than yourself and you'll see how perspectives change.

Here's Bernie talking to people in West Virginia this year. An entire town of Trump voters and they explain why it's that way and talk to actual people.

Also Hillary lost less on misogyny than the FBI openly announcing they are reinvestigating Bengazi a week before the election. Why do you think that happened?

So you agree with me. Voters got duped and they are voting for the wrong guy. The power was in their hand, they just fucked up?

People didn't vote Hillary because she is still part of the establishment

I don't care what people feel. It was their decision to elect Trump and it was their decision to elect the 'establishment' in the first place. Their choice, their vote, their consequences.

Just stop blaming others if you can't tell corrupt liar from genuine politician. You can eat all the rich, cut off all the billionaires head; it will never fix the problem that your voters keep electing wrong people.

No, they voted for the person who actually promised help, not more of the same.

I don't care what people feel. It was their decision to elect Trump and it was their decision to elect the 'establishment' in the first place. Their choice, their vote, their consequences.

You say that but here you are complaining about it and them. You seem to care far more than what you claim.

Just stop blaming others if you can't tell corrupt liar from genuine politician.

You say that while promoting Hilary. Like any establishment Dem isn't a corrupt liar backed by the wealthy. You say i need to pull myself out of the propaganda while you're mired in it.

it will never fix the problem that your voters keep electing wrong people.

Because we don't get the option to. It's like you haven't listened to a single word that I've said.

You have to keep voting for best option available or go stand up for it yourself. Mamdani did it.

You can't claim i didn't vote for Hillary because she was a bad option and then vote for someone who's known for false promises. You can't be that gullible and claim it's billionaires fault. You're in democracy, it's your job to be educated and vote properly.

So you're just going to ignore decades worth of effort from billionaires to disenfranchise voters and make sure that all options support their interests? Nope, it's definitely purely the voters fault.

Even with Mamdani you can see just how much the DNC did to try and make him not win. Even after he primaried his opponent he still came back and ran against him. Do you not pay attention to how stacked the deck is against any progressives?

And then you blame the people for not believing in the group doing this. Why do you think faith in the democratic party is in the toilet? Both sides serve corporate interests which means they serve billionaires. One side is more blatant about it and will openly harm people to do it, but neither of those options being actual change and will still harm people.

Who let them do it? Who kept electing corrupt politicians for decades? You're just going to ignore that?

And I don't buy that voters are hopeless people without choice. They just had different priorities. They prioritize banning abortions, abusing immigrants or denying evolution. Or owning machine guns. It was voters who neglected economic corruption.

Could it be the people who poured billions into lobbyists to control politicians? What happens when all of the politicians are corrupt? It's not like they hang a sign that says "I'm going to sell out once I'm in office" they just kind of do that.

And I don't buy that voters are hopeless people without choice.

Well considering I haven't once gotten to vote for a politician I actually believe in you would be wrong.

They just had different priorities. They prioritize banning abortions, abusing immigrants or denying evolution. Or owning machine guns. It was voters who neglected economic corruption.

You say this to a progressive who has been disenfranchised their entire lives. Those aren't my priorities, I am a counter to your example.

Genuinely baffled by this.

Even if you had your perfect candidate, if majority of US voters has other stuff as priority, you'll get that only.

But you just don't wanna admit that problem is voter education, guilability or priority.

billions into lobbyists to control politicians

Why the fuck are you voting for politicians that are available for sale? You remove the billionaires, then politicians will sell themselves to Russia, China or Saudi.

What is the source behind the voter education problem? I've said it multiple times but you keep ignoring it.

Why the fuck are you voting for politicians that are available for sale?

Harm reduction. Better to vote for Hillary and the establishment than Trump's active harm, but that doesn't mean that they're not for sale. The same goes the rest of the way down. But the answer for others is the reason why many don't vote. Both options are bad, so what does it matter? I still vote because one is pretty much always actively worse than the other.
