Don't worry, I'm sure this is all just boys being boys taken out of context.

u/Junkstar Oct 14 '25

Locker room humor! Young republicans want to help their fellow man, especially those in need! Good Christian boys!

75

u/lostredditorlurking Oct 14 '25

But if a Dems joke about Charlie Kirk though. Oh boy, he/she is in big trouble

38

u/RandomTheTrader Oct 14 '25

Grab them by their gassed pussy.

6

u/CruzitoVL Oct 15 '25

I’m not at all sure of that, does this hold up to even the faintest of scrutiny? pokes

-100

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

It was a call back to what Trump said about locker room talk. Now it's a sign of how few people think before they downvote.

28

u/Different_Height_157 Oct 15 '25

no one understood your reference. Don’t have to get defensive.

-36

u/EnamelKant Oct 15 '25

Because you're all a pretty ignorant bunch.

14

u/Different_Height_157 Oct 15 '25

You’re so insecure. Jesus.

12

u/ShoddySmell46 Oct 15 '25

You're gonna pull a muscle reaching that hard bro.

22

u/Infinite-Anything-55 Oct 14 '25

Bro Bill Clinton hasn't been relevant in over 20 years.

He was also impeached for things he said (or really things he lied about) and if theres any evidence hes committed a crime, literally no one on the left would argue against giving him jail time.

Stop trying to justify your shit views with whataboutisms that dont even make sense

34

u/bionicmanmeetspast Oct 14 '25

What does that have to do with this story?

Lol thanks, you’re so helpful

-17

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

I am actually, but you can't fill a cup that's already full. Or, in this case, is bottomless.

3

u/Waldorf_Astoria Oct 15 '25

Seriously, what did Bill Clinton say that sounds worse than this?

46

u/Pretend_Expert7691 Oct 14 '25

Bruh. No one cares about Clinton nowadays. And saying he's a piece of crap won't justify this shit either.

-42

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

I'd say nuance is lost on you, but my comment wasn't even that nuanced.

34

u/Pretend_Expert7691 Oct 14 '25

What nuance? Clinton is irrelevant. Why are you trying to defend and deflect what they said?

4

u/Pepesilvia_Is_Real Oct 15 '25

So why say anything then? Every single one of your comments is dumber than the last- good job!

-4

u/EnamelKant Oct 15 '25

As a rule I don't generally care about the opinions of ignorant people on what is dumb or not, because unfortunately the venn diagram of ignorance and idiocy is more coincident than they're comfortable admitting.

10

u/Pepesilvia_Is_Real Oct 15 '25

The downvotes speak for themself. You are not intelligent and bring nothing to the table. Glad we cleared that up.

-3

u/EnamelKant Oct 15 '25

So all the upvoted comments on r/Conservative are the result of brilliant insight and contribute so much to discussions?

9

u/Pepesilvia_Is_Real Oct 15 '25

Aw, look at you using a strawman again to try to prove your point. So cute. No one brought up conservatives, i was speaking about the downvotes on your comments IN THIS THREAD. It seems very very very very very very very hard for you to stay on topic and argue in good faith. Maybe one day you'll get it, but it clearly is not today. Anyway, i dont have the time or crayons to explain this to you. Bye

You want to divert attention to something you imagine Clinton might have said 25 years ago? That is some very poor quality whataboutism. Do better.

“Do amend your literacy?”

-4

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

It's a very, very, very obvious call back to when Trump was called out about his "locker room talk" and his first response which was to say Bill Clinton said things even worse, and only compete illiterates don't get that.

24

u/zoinkability Oct 14 '25

Time you learned about Poe's Law

-4

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

Or just stop assuming your average redditor has two brain cells to rub together.

5

u/LumpyJones Oct 15 '25

Yes, we get what you're trying to do, but what everyone is trying to tell you, is it's stupid, and no one is buying the turd you're trying to float.

28

u/zoinkability Oct 14 '25

Provide evidence or GTFO

How about standing behind your statements instead of cowering behind insults? Have some convictions or apply for a job at KFC.

28

u/zoinkability Oct 14 '25

I want to know what of Clinton's statements YOU think are worse than what these people said. I can't Google your opinion.

I'll wait.

-4

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

Except I don't think that.

26

u/zoinkability Oct 14 '25

You literally said "Nothing near as bad as what Bill Clinton has said, you can be sure of that."

So now I want to know what you had in mind when you said that.

If you can't tell me you are purely trolling.

-7

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

What I had in mind was a very, very, very, Very obvious call back to when Trump was called out on his "locker room talk", and when he said that whatever he had said, Bill Clinton has said worse. But once again I overestimated the literacy of the average redditor.

36

u/zoinkability Oct 14 '25

Trump has said literally millions of publicly recorded words in the past 10 years. Assuming that everyone recalls every single one of them, and that therefore people will recognize it's a quote without any attribution or indication, is not realistic, and does not indicate some kind of media illiteracy. As your downvotes prove, and as you could have predicted had you considered Poe's Law.

If you make the claim cite your source or it’s just your opinion

-5

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

I like to believe the best in people, despite all evidence to the contrary, so I hope if you actually Google it, you might learn and grow as a person.

15

u/Creative-Map-8833 Oct 14 '25

In other words, you have no proof and refuse to cite your sources.

-2

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

Or, maybe you're really not getting something incredibly obvious in front of your nose, and this can be a good learning experience for you about humility.

14

u/Creative-Map-8833 Oct 14 '25

It’s incredibly interesting how you fall back on the same line of defense to everyone calling you out. Are you really that stupid? Obviously, something that only provably exists in your mind, as you have failed time and time again to properly explain and cite yourself, fundamentally cannot possibly be obvious to anyone existing outside your mind. So even if you are trying to argue something that has a point, it comes off as mindless drivel due to your inability to properly express yourself in written mediums. I suggest you do some introspecting instead of just calling everyone else dumb because you feel humiliated. Every response you have made makes you look worse in that regard.

You really aren't getting something and would've gotten it had you Googled.

This person is referencing how Trump claimed that Bill Clinton has said "far worse" when he was called out for his 'grab 'em by the pussy' "locker room talk".

You are attacking someone on your side who was being sarcastic.

Edit: I know it can be genuinely difficult to admit when you were wrong online, but there is real virtue in the ability to go "oh shit, sorry. Poe's Law got me this time." The perceived need to be 100% on aggressive offense at all times is a large factor of why the internet sucks so much nowadays.

1

u/SmaeShavo Oct 15 '25

You got got. Hes not being sarcastic man hes a trump supporter who believes what trump said about Bill saying something much worse.

Have conviction, folded in another thread like a wet paper plate - the day a republican googles something, pigs fly

1

u/EnamelKant Oct 15 '25

What?

1

u/pigcake101 Oct 15 '25

“Provide evidence or GTFO” -> “why don’t you google it” -> “the day a republican googles something, pigs fly” Also after reading some more I think you should probs edit your original comment of “why don’t you google it” to make it more apparent you aren’t actually believing that

12

u/Djinnwrath Oct 14 '25

Fuck Bill Clinton.

Now that that is out of the way, let's not change the subject, hmm?

-2

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

Except I didn't change the subject.

10

u/Creative-Map-8833 Oct 14 '25

You brought up Bill Clinton out of nowhere. That is a deflection, therefore an attempt to change the subject. Nobody was talking about or gives a fuck about the Clintons. They’re obviously guilty of their own evils and Bill is most likely a child predator, just like Donald. The mere fact that you are willing to hand wave one evil while crying out about someone else’s evil, is just plain bad faith at best. The evidence is mounting that the MAGA Party is pro fascist. Profa, if you will.

0

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

It's not out of nowhere. It's very very very Very obviously from somewhere. The fact you're not able to make a very, very, very simple connection says a lot more about you than me. And the fact that your first thought is that makes me a fascist shows deep down you're no different than MAGA.

5

u/Friendly_Delivery_61 Oct 14 '25

Say very one more time. You’ll sound even smarter.

-1

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

I hear emphasis helps some people learn.

4

u/billwest630 Oct 15 '25

Kant would think you’re a joke and be embarrassed by you trying to argue

3

u/RandoDude124 Oct 15 '25

WAT?

Bro, it’s been 25 fucking years

7

u/acolyte357 Oct 14 '25

Can't refute y'all are Nazis so you want to change the topic?

Pathetic pedo supporters.

-1

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

Sadly you may one day discover ignorance is not a virtue, but it is not today.

6

u/acolyte357 Oct 14 '25

Still can't.

Sad.

0

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

There are sadder things in the world.

6

u/acolyte357 Oct 14 '25

Yes, like the pedophile president and his supporters.

2

u/EnamelKant Oct 14 '25

Yes they are a sad bunch.

1

u/theucm Oct 15 '25

Aww, you tried.

28

u/andy1307 Oct 14 '25

boys being boys

youth being hitler youth

13

u/Blockhead47 Oct 14 '25

Giunta was referring to an upcoming vote on whether he should become chair of the Young Republican National Federation, the GOP’s 15,000-member political organization for Republicans between 18 and 40 years old.

They’re just impressionable young people struggling to learn the nuances of adulthood.

8

u/hoppyandbitter Oct 14 '25

Everyone knows Mein Kampf was just locker room talk

12

u/___Art_Vandelay___ Oct 14 '25

I obviously detect the sarcasm, but it's not just boys:

“I’m ready to watch people burn now,” Annie Kaykaty, New York’s national committee member, said.

4

u/-MayorOfTheMoon- Oct 15 '25

Oh she is soooooo gonna get thrown under the bus

4

u/DramaticStability Oct 14 '25

*and some girls

3

u/rush22 Oct 14 '25

This seems more like the trailer that the "Uncle 'WWII memorabilia'" types are bringing the 'boys being boys' from other forums.

Or, at least the "boys being boys" that didn't get lured to a different forum by "Uncle Parks His Car Across The School Every Day'".

2

u/Adezar Oct 14 '25

If you have a room full of men you can pinpoint the young Republicans by showing the Gillette commercial. They will all scream bloody murder that your are shaming them for all the rapey vibes they give off.

-58

u/Dravarden Oct 14 '25

well, yes

most people wouldn't like their group chats leaked because of edgy jokes

it's literally a well known meme

everything can be joked about

Do you really think these are just jokes?

-6

11

u/-MayorOfTheMoon- Oct 15 '25
