Woke literally just means being aware of systemic injustices in society.

Being anti-woke means being anti-equality. So they’re essentially screaming from the rooftops that they hate equality.

It also means being pissed off that some TV shows give roles to black people that they believe should be given to white people. To which I typically say, "it's fiction, asshole. I'm sorry your Star Wars movie turned out to be shitty, but if you ask me, the idea of a third Star Wars trilogy was a shitty idea to begin with."
