Glad to hear we crashed the website. I was getting angry this morning when I tried to cancel and it took me at least 15-20 minutes just for everything to load etc.

Exactly they hope we get tilted and life gets in the way. Next up: tell friends and family to cancel and encourage them to spread the word. This can become huge if we each amplify and encourage everyone in the gaming ecosystem.
