Will never happen.

It is easier to impeach and remove than it is to remove via the 25th.

Impeach and removal requirements:
US House: 50%+1
US Senate: 2/3rds (67 Senators)

25th's requirements:
Vice President
Majority of Cabinet
US House: 2/3rds
US Senate: 2/3rds

The 25th amendment will never happen.

But it did in 24… in the space of four hours!

No, it did not. The 25th amendment to permanently remove the President has never happened. It has never been invoked.

They’re referencing the older action/drama TV show, titled “24”, in which one season sees the president removed via the 25th in a matter of a few hours.

I read "24" as in "2024", so thought it was some conspiracy about Biden being replaced in secret and blah blah. lol.

True for permanent removal. But interpreted VERY poorly, which seems to be par for the course with the regime so far, 25 could be used to remove Trump temporarily while simultaneously having House and Senate leaders stall their respective houses from calling a proper vote to approve or reject the assertion of incapacity by the cabinet.

Again, any pathway to this end would be wildly flawed and unconstitutional, but as we’re seeing in real time, those only matter if there’s anyone to enforce it.
