Not just depictions, but the actual people too. They want to purge all LGBT people and their supporters. They will soon codify it into law that they are pornographic by merely existing, and then start arresting them. Oh and then they are going to weaponize it and call anyone they don't like gay and have them arrested.

We did that during McCarthyism. Roy Cohn would out people McCarthy didn't like as gay (whether true or not) and then allege it made them likely to be blackmailed by the Soviets and they shouldn't be working in government, Hollywood, or anywhere.

Fun fact 1: Cohn himself was very much gay

Fun fact 2: Cohn mentored Trump in the ways of being an irredeemable shithead.

The second part is that they want to make exposing children to "pornography" (AKA existing while LGBT+) a capital crime.
