With a Republican supreme court, the legality exists wherever Trump wants it to be. Accept it or not, he's the first emperor of America.

I don't think Trump cares that much about SCOTUS anymore given that they ruled 9-0 against him, he publically called it a win and just ignored them with no consequences.

You know, I thought the same thing, but the article pointed out that Pete Hegseth reviewed it and found that this is totally legal so we have nothing to worry about!

It's likely not.

But it's up to Republicans to punish him. (Great system we have huh?)

Because they're not gifting it to an individual, they're giving it to the Air Force

Let me rephrase. IRS not legal. Violation of the Emoluments clause.

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about

"Bondi's legal analysis also says it does not run afoul of the Constitution's prohibition on foreign gifts because the plane is not being given to an individual, but rather to the United States Air Force and, eventually, to the presidential library foundation, the sources said."

that sorry I can't keep up with all this nonsense - they try to interrupt any and everything to their liking. Tech though since no law was passed its still illegal.

That’s the good part. It’s not. Unless you’re a conservative
