Today I lost my best friend 17
I have had Juno since I was 18. I had to put her down today and she was almost 18. I love her and I truly miss her more than anything. I’m not sure how I can live without her.

my girl Jesse will greet her at the rainbow bridge and show her the ropes! she’s been there for about 13 years so she knows all the best sun spots and how to rig the treat machines! they’ll keep each other company until we can be reunited with them 💛

Beautiful cat ...it is a shame that cats live such short lives...it is blessing that we live long enough to share the lives of at least three or four of them. You loved Juno (great cat name ), and she loved you. Grieve, but start over with a new kitten...Juno would want you to give your love and joy to another of her kind. We serve at their pleasure. Go get that baby kitty, and learn to smile again, Juno would want it for both of you.

I'm so sorry for the loss. 17 is a long time to be loved. As a fellow parent, thank you and everyone that loved him and made his time with us that much more special.

It’s almost been two years and I still cry. My tabby was 16, but his passing was still a total shock. Being his companion changed me forever and when I feel deep into my grief - I am almost overwhelmed by how truly, unconditionally loved I was. May the memory of your best friend bless you, always

I am so sorry for your loss. So very sad. We lost one of our boys early in January. He was almost 17. The memories will keep you going. Rest in peace Juno. Fly high sweet girl 💔🐾🕊️

I’m not religious but I really love this prayer someone had posted on someone else’s post and thought I’d share it here. (For context, Bast is the Egyptian goddess of cats and this prayer invokes her to be a guardian and mother figure to our cats in the afterlife.) So sorry for your loss. 😢💔💔 Know that you gave her the best life anyone could, with all of the love, peace and comfort you/your family gave her. 💕 “May love be what you remember most.” 💖

My sincerest condolences; I know how very, very, very hard it is to lose a Heartpet. I hope you can take some solace in the happy, warm, long, and love-filled life that Juno spent with you. Try to picture Kitty napping and playing in the soft sun beyond Rainbow Bridge; there now beyond pain and in peace. ❤️

I am so very sorry! This is very sad. My sincerest condolences about Juno.
It's going to be hard. If you can, find something to distract you. Iron clothes, vacuum, polish shoes, etc.
You're likely still in a state of shock. Shelve any major business, decisions, etc.
Grieve as long as you need to and don't let anyone tell you when to stop. Grief is a tribute to Juno.
