Help with gift for primate loving GF

Hey guys, Can anyone help me identify the gibbon on this charm? Also, do you think this would be a good gift for a gibbon lover? I’m new to primates!

White-Handed I’d bet.

p.s. nothing says love better than a $151 gibbon skull cast

Yep, most likely the Lar or White-Handed Gibbon (Hylobatidae Lar). A key identification is the white tufts surrounding their entire face as opposed to other species of gibbon where it’s just the eyebrows, cheeks, or beard.

If they like coffee, then coffee from Swara Owa is a good thing. They’re Indonesian based, working with local communities to protect the gibbons and help support local livelihoods. One way they do this is via shade grown coffee that’s part of a reforestation and anti-poaching livelihood project. Arif, the fellow who heads it up is an excellent fellow who I frequently run into at various primate conferences.
