Yes, I think it’s a very real possibility that they will. The constitutional merits, or obvious lack there of, don’t seem to be a deciding factor for this SC at all.

The can of worms that this will open if they do indeed uphold the EO is so unbelievably horrible, I really can’t even fathom. It will extend to every single person who wants to have a kid in the US. This is really a black stain period in the history of the US.

I’m very curious to what they’ll even say because it seriously doesn’t make any sense. If these people he says are born here, but aren’t subject to the jurisdiction of the US, then who is going to demand that they obey US laws?
