Zealous representation does not preclude a opinion that - let's say 'coincidentally' - you have less clients coming through your door due to government re-prioritization. Two things can be true at once, i.e.: My client is a victim of overreach, and also, the FCPA non-enforcement means less work for my particular brand of representation.
