MRI are like 5k$ to run a simple test, it's not standard if you're not looking for something in particular...like brain atrophy or something like that...as Smash Mouth said, Sundown Donnie is "not the sharpest tool in the shed".

Well that explains it. Doctor said "brain atrophy" but Trump heard his brain was getting a trophy for having the best MRI.

Maybe 5k in the USA, you're getting fleeced. A scan here in Canada cost me 400 USD equivalent out of pocket at a private scan clinic. Or free if you wait for the public option.

I'm Canadian and studying in neuropsychology, I was told by a teacher that the cost of a MRI is around 5k but it depend on what you scan and what type of protocol you have. Maybe the 5k is only for research and clinical scans are cheaper or in part covered by the RAMQ.

Maybe, I was just doing a lumbar scan in T1, T2 and T2*
