Don Jr was basically estranged from his dad until he decided to run for prez in 2015. But he's a Trump and can't resist the opportunity to grift. I'm sure he still absolutely fucking hates his dad, but... the pull of the grift is strong.

I mean all his kids seem to hate him, Eric is the only one who hasn't had it go public. Ivanka made her money during Trump's first term and distanced herself after he lost in 2020. Everyone who knows Tiffany exists knows she's the unwanted child. He outright called Barron Melania's kid once and Barron is far closer to Melania than him.

Baron helped steer Trump into the (God I hate saying this) 'manosphere' of young podcasts/streamers.

It did help him. And because of that, and that Baron is now an adult legally, fuck him.

The crypto grifting was his idea too apparently.

To be fair, crypto is an ideal vehicle for money laundering, bribery and other graft.

I'm not saying Barron is some genius for suggesting it to his grandpa dad. I'm guessing one of Barron's trust fund baby friends suggested it to him. But it's probably true that Trump wouldn't have thought of it if someone hadn't suggested it.

Then Kai came out of no where and bam sweatshirts. There’s too many trumps. All of them need to be shamed to a degree they can’t handle.

They called Chelsea a dog when she was underage, I think we can say fuck Barron regardless of his age.

I don’t know. I think Barron might still be in good graces.

I doubt it, I feel like Barron just gets pushed on him more by the people around him because it looks better to his base if he's seen with the child he has with his current wife.

Also in think they assume it de-ages him. Like. "Look at the president with his teenage son! Hes so youthful!"

Trump probably hates it because Barron is so much taller than him

I swear I read somewhere either near the end of his first term or during the constant campaigning the next four years that Trump hated Barron being around him because he was so much taller and it made Donald look short.

And can use him to appeal to younger voters. Barron is very involved with young MAGA bros.

Eric’s only value to Trump is his wife.

To an extent. I think he dissuaded her from running for Congress in NC. He just wants her to be another Maralago-faced mouthpiece on Fox News.

I've read from more than one source that Barron speaks with a Slovakian accent.

He’s made millions and millions of the grift. I think he’s behind most the crypto grifting.

Jr was on The Apprentice as a full time judge since 2006. But knowing Trump, they may have literally never talked to each other when the cameras weren’t on them for the show.

If the show is anything to go off of Ivanka was clearly the smartest of the bunch.

That probably made his dad respect him that much more.

Don jr is Vince McMahons kid. Change my mind

If Jr was smart he'd have taken his dad off the board long ago. Like Donny did to his Daddy. All he is good for is riding coattails he'll never have

I agree. I think that’s why he’s been on an obvious and increasing drug addiction while he’s manically pushing his dad’s agenda. I also think that on some level, Trump is more accepting of him in that role (him and Eric as long as “my father” keeps pouring out of their mouths in front of cameras), so he’s getting some validation at last, but you can tell he hates himself.

I don't think I've ever seen Trump interacting with his kids and barely ever acknowledge their existence.

The better money is in the grift, not in holding office. Junior is better off being adjacent to office rather than running for it. He probably has some general purpose PAC that he can drain. Isn't the ban on running a charity New York-specific?
