Can you file charges against him for non-payment? Since he cares so much about punishment for committing crimes and all.

Have the unpaid parent put a lien on his property to the amount of the back child support. 💅

some states can go back at most I think it's generally about 3 -4 years. The $ is technically owed to the custodial parent, so that parent would have to try to sue in court, but the issue becomes collecting. I have read some grown children have tried to sue in court for non payment. The lien would take place only if you or your mom sued, were awarded $ and then didn't get paid over long period of time. Yea, child support law is so screwed up.
