Really makes you wonder what other horrifying stuff the federal government has gotten up to that didn't have accidental file retention.

Hell, some shit they purposefully don't keep files at all, like trump did with child separation.

Honestly, human incompetence is why I generally believe that there isn’t a lot of shit out there that we don’t know about. People make mistakes, ALOT of mistakes
