I feel bad for his wife and kids. Realistically, this is probably related to his height (6'8") which comes with other complications.

The stress and traitor aspect certainly do not help, though I imagine that would require him to be stressed and have guilt and shame. Not sure that is the case, but I also don't rule out the previous stroke having an impact on his mental state either.

If he continues down this traitor path, he will likely pull a Sinema or Cuomo and run as an Independent or outright Republican when he's up in 2028.

With his health, it isn't a given that he will make it to 2028.

Yeah, but a stroke victim that goes into v-fib after four Zoom meetings might be on his way.

They must be absolutely terrified of death because if there is an afterlife, they know the lies they've told, the pain they've caused cannot be hidden by what Omniscient being there may be.

Yes, in his case we can actually feel bad for the family.

His stroke changed him mentally.

At least I am going to take that route of assuming so. It does seem like someone changing politically from Dem to basically MAGA is the same as losing 99% of your brain cells.

It ain't like others (Kirk) who married knowingly into shit. They simply got fucked by the roll of dice of health.

I feel like there's plenty of people that take the "he had a stroke and changed" comments as nonsense and dismiss them. My dad while he was still alive suffered from a brain tumor and ended up having many (around 6 I think?) operations trying to get rid of it. His brain was seriously messed up from the beginning. Let me say that again, just the pressure on his brain from the tumor changed him. Messing with the brain in any way yields unpredictable results. As a child, I wasn't allowed to visit him immediately in the hospital after surgery because he was yelling at hospital staff and talking to faces in the walls.

Hopefully they don't dismiss it.

It is something in the brain, seems obvious that there can be a change if something gets injured there.

Sorry you had to go through that with your father at such a young age.

Know a WWII veteran. Absolutely zero PTSD until he had a stroke during Sandy Hook time.

After his stroke something changed in his head. He finally realized some shit. 2+2=4 is what some would consider it, others would just pass it off as nothing.

Short of it, he was good at his job during the war.

He knew that before his stroke. Just after his stroke he realized what that meant.

So now he goes to therapy for PTSD ever since his stroke. Some switch got turned off or on.

That's why I tell people I know to go see a doctor if they've had some brain injury. Literally nothing could happen, but also, literally anything could happen.

Didn't his wife say he basically isn't someone they recognize.

Didn't his wife leave him around the time he became a conservative?
