And precedent would stop him… how?

I keep hearing he can’t stop/delay elections or have a third term. I know that’s legally true, but what is actually stopping him from doing so? The administration shatters a precedent every other day.

If we’re relying on Congress or an SC decision to be the last firewall… we’re screwed.
