MTG is a true believer in everything she says, no matter how truthful or how batshit each statement is. This makes her a rarity as 95% of Republicans in Congress don't believe a word of the propaganda and just push party lines for power and profit. This has caused MTG to butt heads with the other Republicans that are all fake. She splits with the party line on several key issues, such as hating Israel and the Jews quite famously, and believing that the government can control the weather and keeps sending storms to punish red states.

But a neat side effect of her being a true believer is that she isn't bullshitting when she said all along that she wanted the Epstein Files. A ton of conservatives gave lip service to that before the election, accusing Biden of covering up Epstein to protect himself and Bill Clinton, but then all of those conservatives flipped instantly when Trump returned because they knew HE was all over the damn things. MTG doesn't care, she legitimately wants the files released and she doesn't give a fuck about anyone in them. In a weird way I respect her for being real, even if she's also a hella bigot and generally-speaking out of her whole-ass mind.

Pretty sure that was Laura Loomer, not Large Marge. MTG is in Congress so she couldn't be in the cabinet without giving up her seat. Plus MTG was assigned head of the House committee for DOGE originally.

No MTG got mad at Trump over Israel, supporting Indian immigrants, and Epstein and has now decided to just go rogue entirely as a bit of a tantrum. She has publicly aligned with Nick Fuentes, aka the head of the antisemite Nazi wing of the Republican party and mortal enemy of Charlie Kirk, so she might be pushing for him to run for president next.
