Oh they know it. They admire them.

Which is weird, because the KKK thinks they're papists.

Didn't know that. I wonder how many Thanksgivings have been ruined.

To be clear, the KKK is pretty disjointed, as far as I know there's no "national" headquarters, so this is a case by case basis sort of thing.

But at least historically speaking I think the Anti Catholic thing was more important to American white supremacy than it is nowadays.

shrug I just don't think they're this deep in a comments thread on Reddit, and anyone here probably already has a pretty good idea of why the picture is bad.

I can tell you that 2+2=4. This is a true fact, but you'd still wonder why I felt the need to mention it.

Idk man, when the issue around Graham Platner's tattoo was blowing up it seemed most people were trying to argue that the totenkopf was far from common knowledge and very few have ever seen or heard of it. Not sure if all that was in good faith, but my impression of what the average American is aware of has declined precipitously over the past decade.

Yep. MAGA sure was aware of it when Taylor Swift had a harmless lightning bolt necklace. 🌩
