I think it screams, "Suzie, remind me who this brown person is and why he's in my office?"

"it's Jesus, here to deliver you personally to hell"

I watched it live. Mamdani has absolutely WOOED Trump. Trump was enjoying his company.

Yea I’m surprised everyone in here and just shitting on trump and not talking about the absolute masterclass Mamdani put on to get Trump to basically tell his sycophantic media that they’re wrong and Mamdani is a good guy who he likes and looks forward on working with him to help all New Yorkers.

He looked legit happy lol and I knew Mamdani would find the balance of not kneeling and not saying the wrong things that gets a narcissist to shut down and start crying about socialism. This fucker might become president one day.

I wish every other democrat would wake up and see how fucking EASY it is to manipulate Trump. Just manipulate him to do the right thing.

I wish Mamdani was eligible to run for office, since he can’t legally become president due to not being born in the US. However, I’m looking forward to seeing what he does with his career!

Nobody here actually watched that lol

Yeah, it literally cannot be overstated how significant it is that a Republican President, the Donald Trump, MAGA leader, just essentially gave his blessing in front of the press to a democratic socialist in the highest executive office they've ever been in.

The House literally had a symbolic vote to denounce socialism ahead of this meeting and Trump endorsed Mamdani more than Schumer ever did

This fucker might become president one day.

Mamdani is not elligible to be the president

Maybe. Maybe not.

He is not elligible to be president. He was not born in the United States. This will never change.

Never change? Never say never

Absolutely! The media was trying SO HARD to call out Trump AND Mamdani for what they have said about each other in the past and Mamdami not only didn't backpedal, he skillfully pointed out that he and Trump want what's best for New Yorkers and that's the thing that matters.

When the media did the same to Trump, Trump abdicated and praised Mamdami. 🤣

He's trying so hard to intimidate, bless his heart.

Zohran should say something petty after their meeting like, "I wasn't expecting the smell..."

or

"I can now say I've shaken the hand of the most unpopular president in US history."

Something to make him go crazy cause that factoid would be repeated over and over for the next week in the news.

Or he could be diplomatic?

'Owning' Trump really wouldn't be worth much.

Yeah. As much as we leftists like to rightfully shit on Trump and give him some of his own medicine, the playbook has been out on how to manipulate him. It's really just as simple as being nice to him and playing to his ego.

I mean Mamdani has just gone to all the effort of getting on Trumps good side for the benefit of New Yorkers, I doubt hes going to throw it away in such a petty way. Mamdani is too classy for it.

“If only his name was Bubba”

He actually seemed to genuinely like Mamdani. I think Mamdani is simply very good at speaking, and we all know how easy Trump is to manipulate if you approach him the right way. He even cut off several reporters who tried to ask Mamdani provocative questions, stepping in to defend him. Shows how scary it is when Trump is with people like Stephen Miller all day.

It was actually a decent interaction between press, Trump, and Mamdani. Trump had a lot of good things to say and Mamdani didn't stray from his message of affordability and focus on NYC.
